During your free consultation I will find out what you want to achieve, your likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise, nutrition, and current ability, so that I can design a tailored to you training programme ready for your first session. It also gives us a chance to get to know each other! Your personal training programme will be designed to give both enjoyment and results, and I treat all my clients as individuals, there are no ‘one size fits all’ programmes here!
1:1 Training
Your training journey with me begins with a movement assessment session, where I evaluate how you move, your mobility, any restrictions or pain, and your overall fitness and ability. I use this information, along with the goals we discussed during your consultation, to create your first 8-week programme, completely tailored to you.
The first week of the programme is an intro week - learning the exercises, mastering correct technique, determining appropriate weights, and giving me a chance to understand your preferred training style, whether you like to be pushed to the max or prefer a gentler approach. Nothing is one-size-fits-all.
Every week thereafter is focused on continued progression, with every rep recorded so we can monitor improvements and ensure you’re on track. Exercise selection is based on your goals, preferences, and ability. I am meticulous about correct form and technique, making sure each movement is performed safely and effectively.
All sessions are delivered from my private home studio in Haslemere, providing a focused, supportive, and professional training environment.
60 minute session rates
£175 per month - 1 session per week
£340 per month - 2 sessions per week
