FAQ
Will I need a gym membership?
Ideally yes, as the workout programme is designed to give you the best results possible, something which is more achievable with a wide rand of equipment and a variety of weights. Light hand weights and resistance bands used for home workouts are a good starting point, but are soon outgrown and can limit your progression and results as you get stronger.
How often will I need to train?
It is proven that for truly great results, a 3 x per week training schedule is the minimum, and this is how this 12 week programme is structured. This is to help ensure you achieve the results you want.
I have a busy schedule, do I have to train on certain days?
Not at all! Through my app, you are able to reschedule your workouts to suit your timetable. Do bear in mind that a days rest is recommended between each workout to aid proper recovery and maximise success.
Are the meals complicated?
I am a busy, self-employed, single mum, so I understand the need for simplicity! I only recommend recipes that I have tried and tested myself, and can confirm they are made from simple ingredients, and don’t require hours in the kitchen.
Do I have to eat tofu? I wouldn’t know what to do with it!
Not if you don’t want to! Personally I love it because, when cooked right (once you know, you know!) it can taste amazing and is a protein powerhouse! But, I don’t tell you what to eat, I just guide you towards the most optimal plant-based way of eating for you.
